Simply return your unused item in its original packaging with all original paperwork and we will be pleased to offer an exchange or refund. All listed products are subject to stock availability. Certain items may be more popular than anticipated and as a result there could possibly be delays in these circumstances. We will always inform you promptly regarding future availability or if an item is out of stock or has become unavailable after which, an alternative product will be suggested or a full refund offered.

DAMAGED / FAULTY GOODS

Damaged or faulty items must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours of receipt. Faulty items can be returned for replacement, repair or refund subject to inspection. Please contact us before returning your item so that we can expect its arrival.

DESCRIPTION & SPECIFICATIONS

Whilst it is always our intention to provide full and accurate descriptions of all product specifications, we cannot accept full responsibility for errors or anomalies made by our suppliers / manufacturers. Reproduction of exact colours and finishes can also vary from published images. We will always aim to resolve any such issues amicably with the best interest of our customers in mind.

We aim to deliver all orders within 48 hours after receipt of full payment, but please allow at least 5 working days (i.e. Mon to Fri) for delivery. Please note that during particularly busy periods e.g. the run up to seasonal bank holidays, delays may be experienced due to the increased volume of orders we have to process. We recommend that customers order items well in advance if required for a particular date.

Delivery of all goods is made by courier and will require a signature. If a signature cannot be obtained, the delivery address will be carded and a depot contact number will be supplied. Please note that the courier will only attempt 1 delivery and so customers will need to make arrangements to either collect the item from the depot or to pay for a further delivery charge.

We primarily deliver to the UK mainland however, we can offer deliveries to the Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Eire. Please contact us for details and for additional charges.

MANUFACTURERS GUARANTEE

All of our products are fully guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months from date of purchase. We recommend that any manufacturer registration cards are filled in and returned to the appropriate address soon after receipt of goods in order to fully to validate manufacturers guarantee. Fibreglass poles are often excluded from most manufacturers guarantees unless otherwise stated.

When you submit them in SagePay’s payment window, your financial details are seen by SagePay and not any of the team at Sleek Leisure Ltd.
